This method should return the part kind of this service's associated Preferences panel or kODNULL if this service does not have a Preferences panel. The superclass implementation of this method returns kODNULL.

The string returned by this method is owned by the service object; you should not alter it or dispose of it.

If you subclass CyberService and override this method, your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
