Initializes this Cyberdog service.

serviceDataHnd

A handle to the 'srvc' resource associated with the Cyberdog service.

menuCommandOffset

The offset of the service's commands from the Cyberdog service menu object's base command ID.

numMenuCommands

The number of menu items this service defines.

DISCUSSION

This method should initialize a newly created Cyberdog service object. The Cyberdog session calls this method when it loads the Cyberdog service.

If you subclass CyberService and override this method, your override must call its inherited method.
